, President
Mr. Menighan is President of SynTegra, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary
of Health Pathways, Inc. in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The company serves
the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries and professions in
the areas of risk management, 340B Systems, supply chain integrity,
and the technology of medication information. He was the CEO of SymRx,
Inc., a pharmaceutical information technology company that developed
CornerDrugstore.com and was sold in 2002. Menighan is a Former President
of the American Pharmacists Association where he also served as a
senior staff member from 1987 to 1992. Mr. Menighan was VP of Operations
for the PharMark Corporation, a Drug Utilization Review systems provider
and the creator of RationalMed©. He was a 20 year Medicine Shoppe
owner/operator in Huntington, WV. He is currently a partner in Pharmacy
Associates, Inc., a multi-state home-care company he founded in 1982
and that today serves patients in 30 states. He is a graduate of
WVU School of Pharmacy, where he serves as Adjunct Associate Professor
and on the Visiting Committee and the Health Sciences Center National
Advisory Council. He holds an MBA from Averett College.
, CFO
Daniel S. Romney, CPA and MBA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer
of SynTegra, LLC and Health Pathways, Inc., and as a Board Member
of Rx Distribution Network, LLC. Mr. Romney has 19 years of professional
experience with both publicly traded companies and privately held
emerging businesses. Since 2002, he has provided consulting services
with clients in the biomedical industry, private placement investment,
and emerging companies. Current and former clients include Tenax,
Memphis BioWorks Foundation, TAC Worldwide Companies, SPARTA Corporation,
Candy Express, Inc., and American Red Cross. His expertise in financial
planning, analysis, business development, and investment capital
enabled his client companies to increase growth and profitability,
and achieve pivotal financial transactions.
Previously, he served as Vice President of Finance and CFO of iDirect,
Inc., a venture capital funded broadband technology company. Prior
to joining iDirect, he served from as Vice President of Finance for
Host Marriott Services Corporation, a $1.5 billion NYSE traded hospitality
and retail company, and in various positions in Marriott Corporation
with hotels, resorts, senior living communities, retail, and distributions
services.
He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting from
the University of Utah in 1984, after which he obtained his CPA certificate.
He graduated in 1986 with a Master of Business Administration degree
from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Emelio has over 25 years of senior Information Technology (IT)
experience working with mainframe and open systems, in a variety
of industries including healthcare, financial, academic, and retail.
He has directed complex program management, and has a broad knowledge
of IT processes and disciplines as well as a unique combination of
analytical and business skills that enable successful systems implementations.
Mr. Emelio has a strong competency in IT Enterprise Architecture.
Projects included lead architect for the development and deployment
of worldwide IT systems. He has in-depth experience with configuration
management, provisioning, capacity planning, change, issue and service
level management.
He is adept in solidifying OEM relationships with VAR and VASI partners.
He has built strategic partnerships and assembled highly skilled
development and deployment experts from many companies. He has solid
expertise in the planning, staffing and development of large-scale
information technology and engineering support contracts for government
and commercial clients.
Mr. Emelio is experienced in creating high-impact technology solution
presentations, product demonstrations and "chalk-talks" aimed at
senior IT and business professionals. He maintains an excellent ability
to bridge technical and management teams to facilitate understanding
of solutions and their business impact. He has extensive knowledge
and use of GOTS and COTS available hardware and software products
and their capabilities.
Mr. Emelio is a U.S. Navy Veteran.
, VP Sales and
Marketing
Mr. Green brings over 30 years of experience and relationships with
biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device manufacturers and distributors
to SynTegra. Green joins SynTegra from his most recent position as
Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Health Pathways, Inc. where
he was instrumental in the development and implementation of new
strategies and applications in the Healthcare arena including operational
compliance audits for supply chain integrity.
Green began his career at Procter and Gamble in field sales moving
through increasing levels of field sales management. He went on to
become the Executive Director, National Accounts and Trade Relations
for Purdue Pharma, where he established trade and promotional policies
across the company's customer base. From there he joined Aventis
Pharmaceuticals as their Director of Trade Administration and Development
where he developed and implemented trade policy related to supply
chain management, terms of sale, and direct to patient marketing.
Green later joined APACE, a pharmaceutical packaging partner as their
Vice President of Business Development where he managed and sold
services.
Green received a B.S. degree in Biology from the University of Illinois
Urbana/Champaign and a Master's degree in Business Administration
from the University of New Haven, Connecticut.
